Variant 2

The system intended for the experienced driver who requires to not only determine the individual lowering of their vehicle, but adjust the damper setting to fine tune the system to their needs. The adjustable rebound damper allows adjustment of the pitch and roll behaviour of the vehicle, adapting it to one‘s own driving preferences.

Variant 3

The new Variant 3 is state-of-the-art technology for the skilled and experienced driver. The separate and independent compression and rebound damping options allow a truly individual driving set-up. These unique systems with the 3 individually adjustable components, allows for adjustment of the compression of the damper in the low-speed range, while the highspeed set-up, so decisive for driving comfort, has been preset by our engineers

KW Suspension is manufactured to the highest standards of German automotive engineering. During the manufacturing of KW Coilover suspensions, the highest quality materials are used to produce individual suspension solutions that enable customers to adjust vehicle height according to their wishes and needs. Within the TÜV-tested adjustment parameters, this can be easily achieved using the purple-colored aluminium spring collars by adjusting the position of the yellow coated springs upwards or downwards via a specially designed exterior thread. In doing so, the vehicle height can be precisely adjusted, and customers receive the exact result they want and/or need. The stainless steel strut housings are fitted for the specific vehicle type, and are available in three different damping technologies. With this variety, KW coilover suspension kits in Variants 1, 2 and 3 can meet the exact requirements of every customer.

The complete systems including high-quality yellow springs, purple aluminium components and Elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection system, provide a unique comprehensive solution for a personalized vehicle suspension system that meets all performance and quality demands.

After a comprehensive development program involving thorough testing in various environments we are convinced that you will not find a superior Intercooler for this application.

Our development program included the use of many types of Intercooler core and end tank designs. At the initial stages we ran two development projects alongside each other, one an air to air Intercooler and the other an air to water Chargecooler system. The air to air development achieved significantly improved temperature reductions in comparison, which convinced us to solely concentrate on this option. At each stage of development testing was conducted using a vehicle in various states of tune. (With and without, performance software, supercharger reduction pulleys, bonnet scoops and performance air intake systems.)

With this Intercooler offering up to a 29% reduction over the original equipment it is a must for those wishing to increase engine power.
